Ideally someone who can come today or tomorrow - the sooner the better! The vehicle has a current RWC, clean PPSR but the logbook is missing, and the throttle feels overly responsive. I am looking for a professional mechanic with their own tools and an OBD2 scanner to perform a thorough check against the following criteria: Engine & Underbody: Test for engine oil sludge/carbon build-up under the oil cap. Check for smoke on cold start, engine mounts, and visible fluid leaks (oil, coolant, transmission). Inspect suspension, CV joints, and wheel bearings. Electrical & Diagnostic: Conduct an OBD2 advanced diagnostic scan to check for hidden, pending, or recently cleared fault codes in the ECU/transmission. Test the air conditioning and basic electricals. Body & Paint: Assess the severe peeling paint for underlying rust or signs of hidden structural accident repairs/panel alignment issues. Extended Road Test: Evaluate engine performance (addressing the touchy acceleration), smooth transmission shifts, and brake performance. Please confirm you are a qualified mechanic when placing your offer.

Have a possible EGR Valve blockage. Scanned with OBD2 scanner and EGR Valve reading failed. Warning lights say DPF Full. Looking for someone qualified to come have a look at it. Toyota Prado 150 2018 model
