P12D501 Fuel Pump Control General Electrical Failur P319000 Poor Engine Power P268115 Engine Coolant Bypass Valve Circuit Short to Battery or Open C1A63 Pre-Collision 2 Other System Malfunction But when I reset it car runs for couple of days fine and come back again I am worried when I take to mechanic he says take to electrician and he says go back to mechanic?

Van damage from reversing into lowered roof, want to prevent rust damage and bring shape roughly back to original. Ideally someone to beat it roughly into shape from the inside and a protective spray paint. Does not have to be perfect but want to prevent further rust damage. The top reverse tail light does not fit into hole due to deformed metal at the top of rear door.
