Engine oil dipping issue on 2007 Toyota Corolla

Van damage from reversing into lowered roof, want to prevent rust damage and bring shape roughly back to original. The top reverse tail light does not fit into hole due to deformed metal at the top of rear door. I need somone whose a mechanic to service my car and prepare it for regoe .only prepararation .Fairly easy job considering well pay for oil n parts . We just know these things need to be done before our safety check for regoe will be cheaper if we complete the basics before we get our safety certificate.Needs bright led globes in the lights thats a personal prefference not required for re registration. But i would like a service ill pay for the oil .i actually need the clips or even settle to have it drilled in . But the plastic cover under the cars front engine mount is being held up with gaff tape. So i need a couple platic pegs or clip it back in . To do it myself i need a trolly to lay on to get inder the car, my back stuffed. so i need a little help. So i can remove the ugly tape holding up the plastic cover under my car. We also want break pads checked . Probely just needs lubricant to stiop the squeeking
