Find a toilet flange repair professional in South Yarra

Hi, I’m looking for a plumber to fix the kitchen tap that’s become very loose. Also need the toilet in the en-suite unblocked and the toilet seat fixed/replaced. Please refer to photos of the tap and toilet seat. Ideally I would need someone today if possible to unblock the toilet as a bare minimum.

We have two locations, toilet leaking. And two locations for installation of security cameras, easy to install. Plus a handle put on door

Fowler toilet not flushing without manually pressing inner button as lost one of the two plastic insertions (see pic) which is still in the toilet - caused by lifting the toilet lid. Should be a quick fix for asap please. - Due date: Flexible

I have a new house with a toilet that suddenly is continously 'running' a trickle of water, after being flushed. I have tried jiggling the mechanism inside. Ordered and set up a smart toilet seat/bidet to my toilet. It's all set up and working fine except for two issues; 1) The 1/2 t-valve provided is leaky, I'm not sure if this is because it's faulty or my installation of it. 2) The way it sits (see pictures) blocks the flush mechanism. Right now I can sort of sit the flush over it but it generally means the flush gets stuck down when you press it. - I think I need a way of extending the t-valve so it doesn't sit there. Would appreciate a skilled plumber who could check this out, replace the t-valve if needed and sort out the flush issue. Thanks in advance! - Due date: Flexible

Toilet is not flushing correctly. Still flushes but just not with enough force. Have done the plunger, and the dishwashing liquid trick. Loose toilet seat needs securing - has concealed fixings.

I require my chrome towel rail to be secured as it’s loose and my chrome toilet roll holder fixed as it is not upright. Quick task for someone who knows what they’re doing. Pics attached.

I recently bought an appartment which looks like it has a new toilet seat but doesn't click in properly to the mounts and moves around. Not sure if it os broken or needs replacing. Jobs is to: - Visit and check if seat needs replacing - Purchase new seat (will pay cash for item shown on receipt) - fix new seat with your tools (or fix existing seat)

We are located in Oakleigh and have a toilet that isn’t draining properly. Old weatherboard home. It’s still flushing but the water comes back up. It’s not a dirty job - yet — as everything still goes down. Dad (an ex builder) put a metal hose down and he says it’s blocked about 2 metres back. Can you help? Not super urgent. Can wait til next week.
