Needing shirt and pants tailored

I would like someone to help with a range of small sewing jobs for items for the caravan. I think these are straight forward sewing but some jobs would require sewing of thicker materials (e.g. velcro, canvas). We would agree price for individual jobs, so the $10 below is not indicative. I live in Northern Suburbs of Perth and it would be helpful if there was someone closer so I could drop off/pick up materials.

Hi, I am converting a garage to a pet grooming salon and part of that involves padding a wall to help dampen the sound. I have calico fabric that I'd like to cover 8 panels that are wall mounted. I plan to use snap fasteners that anchor to the wall to allow for easy washing. If you are interested, please let me know your hourly rate, and an estimate of how long you'll think it will take. I need someone to sew up a toy organiser for me, something similar to a collapsible cat tunnel but larger. It will be fabric (tent/umbrella waterproof material) and very simple to sew I imagine, I don't need anything fancy just basic. It's just a cylinder shape and the bottom will be zipped around so that it can open and close.

We are looking for custom made fleece bags dimensions 55cm x 91cm. The bags need to be a dark colour (e.g. black or dark blue) with a loop approximately one third down from the top to be used for a hook. The top needs to have two tie cords sewn in, to tie up the bags. They need double stitched and durable. Drawing attached for reference. Ideally we'd like a prototype to make sure it's fit for purpose. Once confirmed we will need ~20 bags.
