Having issues with ongoing sewing. Bobbin and all threading done properly, hook timing had been adjusted slightly, tension has been adjusted and checked. Still having problems. Can feel resistance when manually using the handwheel

The budget I am setting includes $50 per hour for 3 hours, plus $25 for bringing a sewing machine and any basic equipment.
