Sam did an amazing job of making the food at our party look and taste so good. She prepared beautiful salads and lovely crusted eye fillets and timed perfectly the serving of pre-made casseroles as well as preparing nibblies and fruit platters plus cleaning up the kitchen AND even washing some cocktail glasses before she left. Sam was so calm, friendly and accommodating and was invaluable to me as the host of the evening. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a professional caterer and or food service co-ordinater. Totally a five star effort.....Thank you very much Sam!
