Hi! I need 3 waitstaff to help set up food, serve and pack up a baptism with 250 guests on Sunday 18th May. This job also includes post-event dishwashing! The event will be from 1-5pm approximately, and it will be on a Sunday. The event will be set up beforehand - you will be taking care of food and drinks only. One server will be in charge of the drinks station (non-alcoholic - tea, coffee and juice), one in charge of setting up and refilling the buffet table, and one circulating through tables taking care of guest needs. After the event is over, the team will need to handwash, dry and pack away approx. 250x cups, 250x saucers, 250x plates, glasses, cutlery etc. They are all vintage and fairly delicate. All cleaning and packing materials will be provided. The premises include a commercial kitchen and dishwasher - some of the items will be safe to put through the dishwasher but most won't and will need to be hand-washed. Please feel free to ask any questions. A print out of all jobs will be provided on the day. The price is per person, not as a whole.
