5pm – 8pm I am hosting a birthday for approximately 40 guests and looking for a capable assistant to help with the kitchen duties. The food will be 80–90% pre-prepared, and I’d like to stay out of the kitchen as much as possible during the evening. Your main role will be to confidently manage the final cooking/reheating steps, help plate and serve, clear plates, and keep the kitchen tidy. You don’t need to be a trained chef, but strong kitchen confidence, good hygiene, and efficiency are essential. The evening will be a canape event and most of it will be ready to go, with just the final touches required for serving. Other Responsibilities: Keep kitchen surfaces tidy and organised during service Assist with dishwashing/stacking throughout the evening Serve drinks and clear plates between courses Light hosting duties as needed What I’m Looking For: Confident home cook (no formal training required) Strong sense of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness Good time management and initiative

Time: 6.00pm-11.00pm (we may ask for another hour or two but if it doesn’t work for you no fuss!) Outdoors: Marquee Bar Menu: 3 cocktails, RTDs & beers Bar & glassware provided, just bring your gear.
