My partner and I are celebrating our engagement on Saturday 2nd of December at a private residence in Mount Eliza. We'll need someone for 5 hours (from 6 PM to 11 PM, including set up and pack down) to serve drinks to our 60 guests. Guests will arrive from 6:30 PM. We'll provide a couple of tables as well as all glassware and alcohol. We have some bartending equipment but if you have your own set, that is preferred. We want to serve spirits, beer and wine and possibly a couple of premixed cocktails. Water and soft drink will likely have a self-serve set-up. RSA strongly preferred.
