I need someone to work the pizza bar, making pizzas at my father in law's pizza shop on saturday night. Experience is absolutely necessary, and to be able to quickly adjust to new menu items. the menu is pretty standard but may have some differences.

We need someone to cook a family style sharing dinner for 12-14 people + clean up (dish washer). Once food has been served and kitchen tidied up you can leave. Depending on how much time you need to prepare, this will likely be 2-3 hours. We will work with you on the menu and we will provide the ingredients after the menu is confirmed. Someone will already be cooking steaks as the mains so this will just be for smaller mains and sides. Dishes could include burrata side, pan seared scallops with puree, roast veg and potatoes, barramundi and canapés.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional bartender to help at our small wedding on Saturday, March 8th, 2025 in Balnarring, VIC. This is a relaxed, DIY-style event with ~40 guests, and we need someone to oversee our drinks station and keep things running smoothly.
