Hi, I need support of a Bartender for a 21st Birthday Party with around 40 guests. The Bartender needs to be able to make couple of chosen cocktails, serve beer, wine and drinks at counter, maintain the catered food and drinks area generally clean and tidy. The person needs to have an RSA. The working hours will be from 6-10pm for a party from 6.30-9.30pm. Referees will be requested.

I require a bartender to serve drinks behind a bar and a waiter to prepare & serve hot & cold finger food, for a private party in a residential home. For the waiter - food preparation will mainly involve heating & cooking pre-packaged finger food (e.g. mini quiches, sausage rolls, mini tacos, etc) & then serving the food to the guests, on platters. For the bartender - mainly serving beer (bottled), wine & spirits. Some general cleanup will be required throughout the evening. The party starts at 6.00 pm & you would be needed between 5.30 pm & 10.30 pm. To be clear, the price is $250 EACH for the five (5) hours. There will be approximately 50 guests with ages varying between 20 - 60+. Most guests will be in their 50's.

I’m looking for help in hosting a private dinner party. I’ll be creating the menu, buying ingredients and prepping/starting most of the food I’m just looking for an experienced person to finish it off (eg season where necessary, add minor finishing ingredients or take just off the stove/oven) and put onto table to serve. Also looking for them to clean up after the meal including collecting plates, loading dishwasher and cleaning dishes once done.
