Teddy Bear Themed Baby Shower Decorations & Setup – $300 Budget !! Hi! We’re looking for someone to organise and set up a cute teddy bear themed baby shower in our small backyard in Aintree, Melbourne, on Saturday, 14 November. We’re after a simple, elegant setup in soft, neutral colours that looks lovely in photos, but nothing too extravagant or expensive. What we need: - Teddy bear themed decorations in neutral colours. - A backdrop and balloon garland for photos. - A styled cake or dessert table, if possible. - All decorations, props and materials to be supplied by you. - Complete setup and installation before 10 am. - Pack down and removal of all decorations and materials after the event, around 2–3 pm. We don’t currently have any decorations, so you’ll need to bring everything required for the setup, install it yourself and return to dismantle and remove everything afterwards. Budget:$300 maximum, including decorations, materials, setup, pack down and removal. We have a small backyard, so we’re looking for a relatively small and simple setup rather than a large or elaborate installation. I can share an inspiration photo to give you an idea of the style we like. Please include photos of previous baby shower or teddy bear themed setups you’ve done, and let us know what you can offer within our budget. Thanks!

Hi I am having a small party for housewarming, about 15 people and require someone experienced in making cocktails on site. I can provide the glasses and the alcohol (if you can advise what to buy I will get it). If you have a bar set up that would be handy and I can pay extra for a trestle table or other stuff if needed within reasonable amount.. Please quote for 3.5 hours. Also what cocktail menu you have. Obviously we need some popular and a couple of wow factor ones that look awesome too.price negotiable depending on what service and what menu looks like, your experience etc.
