There were a few suggestions in the building report to get the roof inspected. Roof flashing was missing which needs to be fixed, any visible issues / cracked tiles also need to be fixed etc. Can provide images from building report. Want to get this done and inspected before installing solar panels. Not sure how much it costs, as it requires inspection as well therefore adding some random quote.
