I need an electrician to add in a double wall socket in my kitchen as per pictures. The black arrow is where I want new electrical sockets. The purple arrow is where existing sockets are placed. It’s a single story, double brick house. Price is nominal only please quote what’s fair.

Hi, we are preparing for an apartment sale and would like a qualified electrician to replace a bunch of faded light switches and powerpoints please. We also have 2 X AR111 240-12v transformers to replace, to fix two lights. (they are very easy to get access to - not buried in the ceiling). Double powerpoints: 21 Double light switches: 3 Single light switch: 5 Triple light switch: 3 Quad light switch: 2 Single RJ45 wall plug: 2 (I assume you can do the coax/RJ45 but if not please let me know and I won't buy them) Double RJ45 wall plug: 1 Combo coax/RJ45 wall plug: 1 Combo coax/double-RJ45 wall plug: 1 Combo quad coax/doubleRJ45 wall plug: 1 Some of the light switches are two-way (I think that is what you call it) - where 2 different switches control the same light. I am assuming that I just go to Bunnings and buy all of the switches/plugs, then you just install them, but please let me know if that is incorrect.

I need an electrician to install 3 oyster lights (laundry, bedroom and hallway), replace 4 light switches (3 single and 1 double) and 3 powerpoint covers (for aesthetics only), and fix a powerpoint fixture that is coming off the wall. Install supplied DC fan in bedroom. Ceiling access via manhole in bedroom ceiling. Replace existing bayonet light fitting with new white coloured down light fitting. Newly installed light and one existing down light to both operate on dimmer switch. You to supply white coloured dimmable down light (warm yellow light )and dimmer switch.

Replace 4 oyster lights with 2 x new oyster lights, 1 x 3-piece spot one 1 x flush ceiling light with basket shade. I have the new lights that need to be installed. Replace 10 light switches through the apartment with new switches and change the location of two switches, if possible.
