One outdoor tap needs replaced as leaking... Want indoor shower head and fixtures changed to dual handle and rain head fixtures

The shower head in a rental property has developed a small leak. The tenant has advised that the leak is primarily from the hot water side. The following is required. Inspect the shower head and underlying fittings. Repair or replace the shower head / washers / mixer as required to stop the leak. Ensure the shower functions properly for both hot and cold water after the repair.

I need to put in a handheld shower head. Currently have the one in the photo. I have not purchased one yet as I’m scared to get the wrong one. There is also a screenshot of what I would prefer, to have a fixed and handheld. Model is not so important, just wanted to get the idea across.

My shower head is dripping

I have an existing outdoor shower. See pics attached. I want to add two additional shower heads (already purchased) adding to the left hand side of it via a T connection. I then require two values to turn on / off each of the new heads. The existing shower will be the master so hot / cold will be controlled there only. I don’t want to over complicate this. I just need a simple solution to add two additional heads. Extension does not have to be in copper.

I have bought a new shower head and 2 toilet roll holder from Bunnings. Just need a licensed plumber to install them. Shower is on the left of the picture.
