I have purchased and restored a vintage treadle singer sewing machine. I keep breaking the thread and accidentally sewing backwards through. I am looking for someone to teach me how to use it properly.

I am looking for an experienced person to make / sew a custom sized fitted bedsheet to fit one of the mattresses on my boat. It is an odd shape (see photo and rough sketch with measurements) but it should be fairly easy for a dressmaker or similar to do. Keep it mind it is a fitted sheet, so needs a drop on all sides with elasticated edges (mattress depth measurement included in sketch). I can provide the material and elastic if necessary, or happy to pay up to double if you can supply your own (material must be suitable for a bedsheet, either cotton or cotton blend, in any solid colour). I had a friend previously offer to do it but they have stuffed me round for months, and I really need it ready by October for a trip. I’m located in Seville Grove, but happy to come pick it up once completed as long as you’re in the Perth metro area :)

I have a few production clothing samples and need someone to give me advice on the fits and construction. Ideally I need someone who has experience in pattern making and sewing. One of the samples need to be adjusted to meet my design expectations. If you are a seamstress/ garment technician please give me an offer and we can chat further in private. I need some curtains made. I have curtains from IKEA, i want some exactly the same but in a red fabric. I can supply the fabric if you tell me how much you will need. Not sure how much to charge so pls tell me. I would like 2 pairs of curtains

I would like someone to help with a range of small sewing jobs for items for the caravan. I think these are straight forward sewing but some jobs would require sewing of thicker materials (e.g. velcro, canvas). We would agree price for individual jobs, so the $10 below is not indicative. I live in Northern Suburbs of Perth and it would be helpful if there was someone closer so I could drop off/pick up materials.

I have 20 eye pillows that I have filled with lavender and linseed and need to sew the 2 cm holes closed.

Hi I have five table cloths that need hemming and one pair of curtains shortened. The curtains fit a small window 1 centre wide and need to be hemmed to size to fit the shorter drop to the window sil. The tablecloths are all synthetic woven ethnic fabric Sizes in length are 1x1m, 2x2m and 2x3m. I need these all done by 5pm tomorrow. Stitch the bottom of two shear curtains. The stitch has come off but the fold is still visible to follow as a guide. Would like left shear in photo to look like the right hand shear in photo.

I have got 6 curtains about 1.8m window widths (actual curtain is wider as it is S-fold wave design). Curtain has 250cm drop height and needs to bring down to 220cm height (Freedom brand).
