Hi there, I’m looking for someone experienced with costumes and lycra/stretch fabrics to help me finish making a superhero costume. This will be used for live kids’ shows and online content. I already have the materials: • Red lycra bodysuit (with zipper front) • Large yellow lycra sheet (2m × 1.6m) • Yellow boots with white laces • Foam strips (for belt and accents) • Laminated “M” star logos (to be removable with velcro) What I need done: • Design input on placement of accents (based on mockup I’ll provide) • Cut and sew yellow cape with white trim (trim material i'll need to get) • Add yellow stripes to arms and legs of the bodysuit • Sew velcro onto bodysuit and cape for removable logos • Make belt from foam, covered with yellow lycra, with a white/yellow star buckle at front • Optional small details (arm/leg bands, extra trim if time allows) Skills needed: • Experience working with lycra/stretch fabrics • Costume making or tailoring background • Comfortable with design collaboration (I have a mockup to guide the build) Location: Sydney (closer to Earlwood is better, but I can travel if needed). Budget: Open to negotiation depending on experience and time required. Please reach out with examples of your sewing/costume work if possible!

Leather Motorcycle Jacket Zipper Repair

I have a Dainese Leather Motorcycle Jacket that needs a zipper repair. The bottom pin has become detached from the material attaching it to the jacket and now doesn't allow me to zip up the jacket. Hoping it can be repaired rather than replace the entire zipper. Zipper puller also missing so for now is a cable tie, if you have a spare one great, if not no worries I can replace from ebay. Am flexible on price within reason, wasn't sure what to put. Obviously the jacket is quite heavy so preferably Sydney based but open to other options.
