I need new simple jumpsuit to be done

I need full lining to be sewn into a long sleeve maxi dress. I would like the lining to sit at my wrists and to my ankles, preferably in a light cotton fabric to match the ivory coloured dress. The dress already has a short lining from the waist to the knees which would need to be removed. Also, a piece of loop has come loose and would like that to be sewn back onto the dress. I can provide fabric if needed, or you can add it onto the price.

I need some stylish and flattering dresses/outfits made for formal and church occasions. I'm 33 and love design and quality clothing but am a size 20 and unfortunately have out of proportion upper arms that make it vv difficult to buy ready made clothes! In particular I'm after a navy dress made asap with scallop detail hem and sleeves... possibly out of a crepe or stretch suiting.
