*Replacing the tape/strap of a roller shutter system* The existing tape/strap has broken. I have purchased the new part, removed the outside cover and have been able to attach the new strap - however I can’t get the axel rod to move, which is making it pretty impossible to wrap the new strap around. I’m looking for someone to complete the job please. This is on the outside of a second story room, so a ladder is needed (I have one that just reaches the window) and I’m happy to help you
