Need handyman for 3 maintenance items: Garden retaining timber has come loose and needs securing or replacement (safety issue). Shower arm leaking – may need resealing or replacement. Bathroom exhaust fan not working and missing cover – repair or replace and install cover. Please bring own tools. Happy to receive quotes. Flexible with timing but prefer within 1–2 weeks.

Need two C channel galvanised steel brackets welded together for a small retaining wall. Brackets in place ready to go. 350mm in height.

Need a concrete sleeper retaining wall built on the front of our property between us and our neighbours. Will require a surveyor first. Roughly 2-4 concrete sleepers wide and 4-6 sleepers tall, with a 1.6-1.8m colorbond fence installed on top.
