I require the following works to be completed; 1. Re-concreteing of Garden Stairs 9 of 15 brick garden stairs have shifted over time and require re-concreting to stabilise and restore proper alignment (use existing bricks for this activity). 2. Treated Pine Headers Replace treated pine headers on all 15 brick stairs to improve finish and safety. 3. Retaining Wall Construct small retaining walls on either side of the staircase using treated pine sleepers and galvanized steel posts (there is currently no retaining wall on that section of the stairs). LHS length of retaining wall 3.20m RHS length of retaining wall 4.00m Height of retaining wall 40cm

Existing retaining wall to be removed Installation of replacement retaining wall. Part 1 - 6m Long & 90cm High Part 2 - 6m Long…following each side of brick stairs from bottom to top. Steps 1-5 Retaining wall 3 sleepers high. Steps 6-15 Retaining wall 2 sleepers high. Importantly - Retaining wall to be soundly built and positioned to enable brick steps to be installed thereafter. Retaining Wall to be constructed of Steel posts and treated pine sleepers.

Need a quote for L shaped retaining wall built on sight the has already been levelled and prepared. Wall is 20m long east to west and 6 meters long north to south. Max height 1 meter, most of wall 50cm. Open to a range of materials for the wall that will be cost effective or best for the job.
