I'm looking for an experienced, meticulous and professional post-renovation cleaner to complete a deep clean of my property in Kincumber, NSW. The property has recently undergone renovations including: - Entire house freshly painted - Brand new ceiling lights installed throughout - Bathroom renovations with new vanities, toilets and fittings - General repair and maintenance works As expected after renovations, there is paint residue, renovation dust, building debris, cobwebs and general dirt that now requires a thorough professional clean --> deep clean expectations. Property - 4 Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms - Kitchen - Lounge/Living Area Tasks include: - Deep clean entire kitchen <-- HIGHEST PRIORITY - Deep clean both bathrooms <-- SECOND HIGHEST PRIORITY - Heavy-duty oven clean (inside and outside) - Scrub oven thoroughly - Degrease all surfaces - Wipe all cupboards and drawers (inside, outside, tops) - Wipe pantry shelving - Clean splashbacks - Clean rangehood - Clean sink and taps - Remove all renovation dust - Remove paint splashes where possible - Remove grease and food residue - Sanitise all surfaces - Wipe down all windows and seals (Ensure all glass is left streak-free) - Remove cobwebs from window frames, external door frames, ceiling corners etc - Vacuum all carpeted areas - Mop and sanitize all tiled floors - Remove paint splashes where possible - Remove dust, paint splatter, paint residue, dirt, cobwebs, mould, grease, fingerprints, building residue, adhesive renovation residue - Remove renovation dust from grout lines - Spraying/cleaning roof gutters - Washing down new gutters and downpipes after roofing works Equipment and supplies: Cleaning products can either be supplied by you, or purchased and reimbursed by me upon presentation of receipts.
