I need to repair the render and paint two small sections of my pool wall

We have had a carport removed and part of the timber frame was attached to a rendered wall. The rendering requires repairing (see attached photos) and the two walls painted.The work needs to be completed by 9th February before the carport is installed.

I need about 9 hooks to go into a rendered brick wall to replace incorrectly placed hooks. I need the old screws removed and the holes touched up. I have 4 new pictures to be hung and about 10 that need to be rehung securely on plasterboard in other areas of the house. I have hanging hooks and the correct plasterboard screws for weight.
