I need 4 holes drilled into my dog pen to fit a 15mm pvc pipe through. Then I need the pvc pipe cut and assembled

Need evaporated air con pvc pipe redirected into down pipe on my house to dispel the water into soak well from side of gutter

The pipe is too long and sticks out near the roof, so when it’s windy it shakes and makes a lot of noise. Could you please shorten the pipe so it finishes closer to the wall and secure it properly with brackets?
