I'm looking for an experienced mechanic to perform a complete inspection of my Volkswagen Jetta 2.0 TDI. The main issue is intermittent starting. The engine cranks normally but sometimes does not start on the first attempt. It may take 3-6 attempts before it starts, then it runs smoothly with no warning lights. The issue does not happen every time. I would like a proper diagnostic check to identify the cause.

Just a standard pre purchase inspection so I know I'm not buying a lemon. I am heading to Capalaba from the Gold Coast in the morning via train/bus. So some time between 10.30am and midday.
