Inspecting a car tomorrow that I need checked

Planning to go see a Mazda CX9 and in need of someone who can do an inspection. Ideally someone who can do a background check on the car and give the engine bay, suspension and ECU a look over. I will be at the location where the car is and hope we can have a chat during/immediately after inspection as I plan to make the decision on the day. Vehicle has full service history from Mazda, single owner. We will be there at 3pm. Private sale.

It has had regular servicing, and overall it looks fine to me. I know it needs new tyres and a service soon, but the price seems fair, so I’m considering it as a good deal. The only thing that concerns me is when I first checked the oil. The oil came out black with some black clumps or particles in it. I cleaned the dipstick and checked again, and after that, the oil came out just black, which I know is normal if the car is due for a service this month. What I really want to make sure of is whether those black clumps are anything serious or not—that’s the most important thing I want to rule out before going ahead. What would your service cost to check this properly?
