Looking for an electrician to help: 1) fix a flickering downlight in the living room (1st photo - it is linked with 5 others but is the only one flickering); 2) disconnect a movement sensor linked to a downlight in the ensuite bathroom; and 3) replace 2 x faulty power points (3rd and 4th photo).
