Licensed Electrician Required – Residential Works (Mosman) I’m seeking an experienced, licensed electrician to complete a set of additional electrical works at my Federation home in Mosman. Photos of all locations are included to assist with accurate quoting. ⸻ Scope of Works 1. Install ceiling fan with light (supplied) • Bedroom installation • Ceiling fan with integrated light (Beacon Lighting) • Existing wiring in place • Standard ceiling height ⸻ 2. Install outdoor wall light – BACKYARD (supplied) • Wall-mounted exterior light from Beacon Lighting (Made by Mayfair) • Not a floodlight • Switched operation • Replacing an older existing exterior light ⸻ 3. Install Google Nest Floodlight Camera – FRONT of house (supplied) • Install Google Nest Floodlight Camera • Replace an existing Ring camera/floodlight • Existing wiring may be reused if suitable • Electrician must be experienced with Google / smart home devices ⸻ 4. Install additional PowerPoints • Approx. 3 new PowerPoints: • Living room • Home office • One additional internal location • Existing PowerPoints already in each room • Similar PowerPoints were installed recently elsewhere in the house without issue ⸻ 5. Cable tidy & removal of old electrical items • Neaten visible cabling (office / shelving area – modem, router, etc.) • Remove and make safe old or unused electrical items, including: • Redundant alarm sensors • Obsolete wall plates and unused cabling • Basic making-good only (painting already completed) ⸻ Property Information • Federation home • Internal walls: plasterboard • External walls: brick • Subfloor access available • Good access to all work areas ⸻ Timing • Estimated duration: approximately half a day (possibly slightly longer) • Preference to complete all works in one visit. I need an electrical inspector to check and sign off my 240V installation in my brand new campervan. The instalation was made by myself. I am an electrician from overseas. That is why I need somebody to do the inspection for me. It is 5 power point supplied by an 3000W pure sine inverter and a 2 bipolar circuit breakers. All the installation is now finished and tested working properly.
