I don’t care about how good your equipment is, and in fact I would prefer 1 or 2 of these shots to be done with an iPhone over a mirrorless/dslr. I’m hiring for composition skill, ability to put me at ease, and directing my posing/appearance to appear the best. Bonus points if you know how to take shots of men that appeal to the female gaze.
