We need to move the position of our glass pool gate

Currently the gate can not locked automatically as it is lower, I have to pull the gate up to click to the locker, so I need someone either reattach the locker or make the gate a bit higher to fix it.

1) Increase boundary wall height by approximately 600mm; 45m boundary wall, compliant with swimming pool boundary requirements 2) Make swimming pool gate self close and change direction of swing (minor work) 3) Relocate gate (minor work) 4). Demolish the Old barbecue (minor work)

Hi Looking for someone to convert pool fence back to a gate which swings outwards. It was closed by previous owner. May need to be rehung. Will need to install self closing gate hinges and make sure it automatically locks (self latches) when closed. See photos.

I need a compliant pool gate to be provided and installed as per the following details: Size: 120cm height (minimum) x 111cm width. Features: * Magnetic latch pool safety lock and self closing hinges (from any positions). * Location of the lock is shown in the picture. * The gate should open/swing only in a direction away from the pool area. * Colour to match the existing fence (as per the image). Notes: * Gate and all materials should be provided and mounted. * The work must get approval from the council inspector. Here is the advice by the local council for compliance: * Pool gate must be made child-safe by means of a lock, latch, bolt, chain or other child-resistant device, located at least 1.5m above floor level. * The access gate/s shall be fitted with an automatic closing device that will shut the gate and operate the latching mechanism from any position, even with the striker resting on the latching mechanism. * The access gate/s shall be mounted so that they swing only in a direction away from the pool area. Self closing mechanism needs fixing, glass door scraping along top of mechanism. 2 panes of glass where they join the posts also need some new rubber installed. - Due date: Flexible
