Need a professional event photographer for a 40th birthday party at the Watson’s Bay Boutique Hotel on Saturday 21 March from 12-4pm.

My fiancée and I are getting married at HMAS Watson Chapel on 3rd May, and we’re looking for a friendly, professional photographer to capture the moment. It’s a relaxed, intimate ceremony with just immediate family, short and sweet, but still a very special day for us. We don’t need a big package, just someone with a great eye who can capture the ceremony, a few family shots, and some couple photos (around 1–2 hours). We’re hoping to keep costs reasonable given it’s our smaller legal wedding before a larger celebration overseas, but we truly value quality and are happy to pay a fair price for the right person. I am hosting a 30th birthday party at a venue in Watsons Bay and am needing a photographer who is used to capturing these events. Timings are from 6:00pm - 10:30pm.

Wedding Anniversary Private Party. Seeking photographer from 6-8:00pm. Also ability to record a few short videos (speeches etc) is also required. There will be approx 50 people attending. It’s a cocktail canapés followed by sit down dinner. Good attitude required and being proactive by getting people together for photos.

Hi there we are getting married on the 22nd of November and would like to have someone capture this special moment with photos and videos. What we are imagining: * You will arrive at 4.30pm at the venue to set up and acquaint yourself with the venue * The event will start at 5pm and you take photos of the people mixing and mingling prior to the ceremony * The ceremony is held at 5.30pm on the balcony and you capture it with surroundings * After the ceremony there will be some mix and mingle again that should be captured as well * The dinner will start at about 6.30pm and we want some piccies of the table with the guests and the food * The sun will set at about 7:45 and we want us and our guests have the optional opportunity to get photos of this on the balcony together with us. * There will be music and dancing from 8ish which should be photographed as well * The job will finish by 9pm We are also happy to hear your creative approach on ideas throughout the event too. The exact schedule is TBC pending the forecast on the day and might change slightly, but the start and end time will stay as is. We would like the raw material provided to us too. I'm having an event on 22nd November 2025 from 5pm-12am with approximately 40 people and I'm looking for a DJ to play. There will be cocktails, canapés and then a sit-down dinner and dancing, so the music will need to work around that schedule.
