We run large scale social events / dance parties for adults in the specially abled community (www.danceforabilities.com.au). We need someone to help capture the joy of the day with some memorable snaps so we can send them out to our guests after the event. This is a not-for-profit organisation and all volunteers are non paid but happy to talk on a reasonable fee

I’m organising a Sydney Harbour music cruise where I’ll be singing some Love theme songs between 7 and 10pm on Sunday, 25th February. You’ll need to be on the location by 6:30pm to allow for boarding the vessel. You can have 30 mins break for dinner + 30 mins to prepare and then pack your equipment. So, it’s 2 hours of shooting altogether. There will be some photo props and photo frames for people to use. I want someone to take the pictures of the ambience during the cruise and pictures of people enjoying themselves. The main action will be outdoors on the upper open air deck. There will be some laid back romantic music to start with between 7 and 8pm. Followed by dance tunes 8-10pm. Expect the upper deck to be busy with dancing crowd in the latter part of the evening. Your gear needs to allow for lack of light after the sunset after 8pm.
