Hi, I need a drone pilot to capture the future views for a new second-story home build on our property in Chelsea. What is required: - Visit the site in Chelsea. - Fly the drone to an exact height of 6.5 metres within my property boundaries. - Take high-resolution 360-degree panorama photos from that exact height, facing all directions (especially looking west/towards the bay if applicable). - Take a brief 4K video loop spinning 360 degrees at that exact height. - Send me the raw, unedited digital files via Google Drive, Dropbox, or email. Requirements: - Must have a drone with a high-quality camera and precise altitude readout. - Must follow CASA safety rules (staying 30m away from neighbours/not flying directly over people's yards).
