Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms - 1 bathroom - 1 laundry + toilet - all floorboards or tiled Downstairs: - 1 living room (carpeted) - 1 study (carpeted) - 1 storage area (tiled) Please note we want someone who can do both the cleaning AND the flea treatment. Our two cats are both indoors and do not have fleas, but we need paperwork to satisfy our end-of-lease agreement. Must bring all supplies, and provide invoice showing the work done. Thank you. - Due date: Before Thursday, 21 December 2023

Wasp/hornet nest somewhere either on the deck or maybe even the ground. Haven't been able to locate the nest but the wasps have located me and stung me 5 times. The stinger so fast I haven't even seen it. Need someone to locate the nest and eliminate it with extreme prejudice. - Due date: Before Thursday, 9 March 2023
