Hi, We are leaving our unit and moving tenants in for the first time, and realestate has asked that we get pet fumigation completed as we have had pets in the apartment. I assume carpet cleaning is also needed to ensure no pet hair remains. The unit is a single story, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with carpet only in the master bedroom. The ideal date for this would be either the 23rd or 24th of August - I’m not sure if we need to be out of the unit all day for the pest spray or only for a short period?
