I have a possum nesting in my second storey roof. The possum is has created a hole in the roof fascia and is living in the crawl space between the room roof lining and the exterior roof tiles. We have raked ceilings so there is no roof cavity to enter and to manually catch it. My understanding of the solution is to install a one way possum door over the hole in the fascia and once it has left to cover the hole in the fascia with wire mesh to prevent it getting back in. The only way to install the one way possum door will be via a ladder and again via a ladder to remove the one way door and cover the hole with mesh so you will need 2 site visits. Please provide indicative cost to do this. I am open to any other solution that you may have.

I need something like a one way door over the fascia then the hole covered with wire. As there is no roof access internally the one way door will need to be installed on the fascia via a ladder.
