Looking for a reliable and experienced pest control expert to inspect and treat a residential property in Garran. We’re dealing with the following issues: Rats, Moths (indoors – likely wardrobe/pantry areas), Spiders (around the house and garage), Ants (both inside and outside) It’s a house. Would prefer someone who can do a full inspection and provide effective treatment for all of the above. Ongoing prevention advice would be a bonus. Open to reasonable offers

There is a possum living in my room and I need it to be removed.

We moved out and house is clean but we had a cat so agency is requiring us to call pest control and send them invoice. Its a 1 bed unit with wooden floor, everything is moved out already and cleaned by cleaners as well. Just need simple pest control and invoice to send it to agency.

House details: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 courtyard (covered), 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 2 lounge rooms, 1 laundry, 1 garage. The house exterior also has a low/moderate gardening presence (front, back and sides, which could attract insects and such). Noting that the house used to have a heavy mice presence as well, including above the ceiling. May not be an issue now (also getting the property cleaned this Wednesday) - something to consider if it helps with quoting and pest control recommendations. Preferred date would be later in the day this Wednesday, or sometime next week (later in the day/ after hours if available). Open to other dates after Wednesday (house cleaning will get done).

A bad smell is attracting flies. It might be a dead animal carcass in the ceiling.. Person needs to be willing to crawl through the ceiling to see whether the carcass is there. Crawl space has approx 70cm height.
