Need someone to come and do a minor roof repair on the pergola roof that attaches our therapy room to our house. I’ve had someone look at it when cleaning gutters before and they mentioned it had been screwed on the low points of the sheets as well as the high. They suggested it would need to be siliconed which seems easy enough but it’s not appropriate for me to do it myself. Currently when we have heavy rains, it’s like a waterfall into my daughters therapy room door so it need to be attended to prior to winter/rain season. Can be fairly flexible on days and times due to working from home. YOU MUST BE RELIABLE - IF YOU HAVE A HABIT OF NOT TURNING UP TO JOBS OR TRYING TO RESCHEDULE REGULARLY, THIS WONT WORK FOR ME AS WE RUN A VERY TIGHT SCHEDULE.
