I have no idea on pricing, but have had quotes for a full replacement metal structure with independent footings etc. (think Stratco patio with Polycarbonate roofing) But I’m just after a cheaper option for either a Basic repair (patch timber, brace & replace cloth) Full replacement (like-for-like) made from timber.
