Pergola roof: Find and fix leaks in the tin roof over the pergola.

I have a pergola that I need help building. I have the kit and instructions. I am unsure of additional materials that I will need but am happy to run to bunnings down the road as needed.

My property is set for sale and I need a few entry points to the roof sealed up. The entry points were made by the removal of an old pergola.

Looking for someone to clear the existing structures and old spa area in my backyard. Work required: Completely remove the green timber gazebo/pergola including the roof. Completely remove the adjoining brown timber pergola/structure, including posts and fixings. Timber does not need to be preserved or carefully dismantled — it can simply be cut into sections for faster removal. Cut back/remove the grapevine growing over the structure as required. Remove the small tiled/limestone surround around the old spa pit. Limestone blocks do not need to be kept and can be placed into the spa pit as part of the backfill. Spa pit is approximately 2.4m × 2.0m × 0.5m deep (around 2.4m³ before allowing for the limestone/rubble going back in). Supply sufficient clean fill/sand for the remaining space, fill the pit and compact it reasonably level with the surrounding area. Remove and dispose of all remaining unwanted timber, roofing, green waste and other debris. Access: Through the garage to the backyard. A ute/vehicle can access the garage, but materials will need to be carried or wheelbarrowed between the work area and garage. Budget is $1,300 all-inclusive of labour, fill material, disposal/tip fees and anything else required to complete the job. Please assess the photos and pit dimensions before making an offer — I don't want additional disposal or material charges added on the day. The timber/gazebo materials can be taken by the tasker if wanted.

The blind is 240 cms wide and 210cms when unrolled. It is new and still in the box. It needs to be attached to a cross beam of my pergola.

Installation of media wall and tv mount with out door pergola

I have 4 pergola lights to be put back up but would rather a side mount as the exisiting location was allowing water to get into the lights, causing RCD to trip. I’m open to other suggestions on where to put them. I would like to receive an electrician certificate when the job is complete so please only licensed electricians apply. The wiring that already exists I already have a certificate for and was done this year.

We currently have 2 bunker lights outside but they don’t do anything. Needing quote to supply and install something that will make the area more well light for nighttime

I have a pergola flat pack with dimension 2.3m by 4m and It has glass doors on sides and retractable blind on the other side. I would like a quote for the installation on a newly built townhouse house in Kewdale.
