Scope: • Fix base plates with expansion bolts, erect and level 6 columns • Cut drainage outlets on relevant columns (per plan) • Fit outer frame, thread wiring through columns • Assemble louvred roof frame and install louvre blades (with LED connections where fitted) • Fit end covers, connect blades to drive shaft (left with slight play, not fully tightened) • Install push-rod actuator motor, manual override, and transformer • Assemble and install 3 roller shutter blind panels (2×3.4m + 1×2.5m), drill mounting holes, level to tolerance, connect zipper guide • Licensed electrician required on the job to terminate motor wiring (pergola + blinds) to mains/isolator per AS/NZS wiring rules and confirm RCM compliance • Pair remotes to motors, test operation What’s supplied: Full kit, motors, remotes, fixings, manufacturer diagrams, plain-English install summary, manufacturer support contact. What I need: • 2 people minimum, one of whom must hold an electrical licence (or bring a licensed sparky as part of your team) to complete the mains connection • Own tools (drill, 4mm/8mm bits, level, tape measure, wire pliers) • Comfortable with ladder work (~2.4–2.7m) Timeline: 2 full days, weather permitting

I have a covered outdoor pergola with an insulated Colorbond metal roof and built-in LED downlights. Water is leaking from one of the downlight openings during or after rain. I have removed the downlight and can see water inside that particular roof cavity. The issue appears to be isolated to a single downlight, as all the other downlights remain dry. The gutters have already been cleaned, so I need someone to inspect and identify the source of the leak (e.g. roof sheet, flashing, screws, gutter connection, or seal) and carry out the necessary repairs to stop water entering the roof cavity.
