Looking for an experienced pergola builder/carpenter to attend site and provide a quotation for a timber pergola installation at a residential property in Lara VIC. The client is wanting a shaded outdoor area to allow comfortable use of the backyard throughout different weather conditions. The pergola should provide protection from both sun and rain and be large enough to accommodate an outdoor table, chairs, and BBQ area. Looking for a qualified carpenter or experienced handyman to supply and install a timber pergola in my backyard. Scope of works: - Measure and confirm final pergola dimensions - Supply all required timber and fixings - Install posts, beams, and rafters - Secure pergola to existing structure/ground - Ensure structure is level and compliant - Remove all rubbish and clean site Materials: Tasker to supply all materials (include in quote) The tenant would like a shaded area so he can spend time outside out of the weather. I'm sure timber will be fine, as long as it has a roof to protect him from the sun and rain, and have enough space for a tables and chairs for when he has BBQ's, which is a big goal for him. Put up a powder coat Pergola kit. Will need a ladder and drill with 12mm masonry bit. Peices have been partly assembled for final construction
