I am putting on a party at our home for my 50th birthday. It is a rural property in Bungonia, about 2h 15m from Sydney CBD. We have invited 50 guests, many (but not all) of whom will be gay men in their mid to late 40s. We are looking for a bartender hire only who can serve drinks (including cocktails) from between 5pm and 10pm. We will provide the alcohol and service equipment. Just need someone to serve drinks (including a limited number of pre planned cocktails) from the bar.

We’re looking for 2x experienced and friendly bar person to help at a private house party (about 40 guests) You’ll be pouring drinks, serving guests, and mixing a few simple cocktails throughout the night. Hours are from 3.45pm (party starts at 4pm) till 8.30pm. All equipment and ingredients provided. Date: Sunday, 9th November 2025 Time: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (4-hour shift) Location: Ryde, NSW 2112 Key Duties Will Include: Arriving at 2:00 PM for a briefing before guests arrive at 2:30 PM. Heating and plating food that has been pre-prepared. Arranging food on platters and taking them out to guest tables. Managing the drinks, refilling drinks, and keeping it tidy. Walking around to collect empty glasses, plates, and rubbish. General cleaning and tidying of the party area (patio and covered area) throughout the event. Final clean-up: washing dishes and glassware, wiping down kitchen surfaces, packing away leftovers, and taking out the rubbish. What We're Looking For: Must have experience in hospitality, waitering, or event staffing. A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude. You can see what needs to be done without being asked. Reliable and punctual. Attire: Please wear smart, clean, all-black attire (e.g., black shirt/top and black trousers/pants with comfortable, closed-toe shoes). An RSA certificate is a big plus.
