We've just had some fitout work completed at our office. The tradesmen installing the gyprock had said they had a cleaner organised but have left the site needing to be restored back to normal, before our team returns tomorrow. Ideally early morning (6-9am) 28th Jan, but 27th Jan evening/night would be possible also. Job 1 - Clean the office to a good standard following some plastering work that was completed this evening. Future Jobs - Regular, ongoing office cleaning, if interested.

Common Area Cleaning: Clean and disinfect high-touch areas like door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons. Wipe down and sanitize shared equipment like printers, copiers, and telephones. Weekly Cleaning Duties: Deep Dusting: Dust and wipe down blinds, window sills, and baseboards. Vacuum Upholstered Furniture: Vacuum and clean chairs, couches, and other upholstered furniture in common areas. Disinfecting High-Touch Surfaces: Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces like keyboards, telephones, and desk surfaces. Organizing Supplies: Restock office supplies in common areas (printer paper, pens, etc.). Monthly Cleaning Duties: Window Cleaning: Clean windows inside and outside (if accessible). Cleaning Light Fixtures and Ceiling Fans: Dust and clean light fixtures, ceiling fans, and vents. Carpet and Upholstery Deep Clean: Steam clean carpets or schedule a professional cleaning service for deep upholstery cleaning. As Needed: Spills and Stains: Clean up any spills or stains promptly, particularly on carpets and furniture. Special Events Cleaning: Clean up after any office events or meetings, including tidying up event spaces and cleaning used equipment.

Office cleaning early morning and some evenings. 5am start in Moorebank / Kemps Creek 2-3 hours. Some evenings in Edmondson Park. Also work in Prestons and Liverpool. General office cleaning of desks, emptying bins, kitchen/lunchrooms, toilets, vacuuming using a back pack vacuum and mopping. We supply all equipment and chemicals. Some work with a key. Pay as employee ($30-$35/hr) or with ABN but need public liability insurance that covers during business hours ($35-$40/hr)😊 - Due date: Flexible
