We’re a busy family looking for a savvy, experienced and high-energy all-rounder to give us an extra pair of capable hands around the home and with our three young children (5, 3 and 1). This is a bit of a nanny / home-help hybrid role. We’re looking for someone who sees what needs doing, gets stuck in and is comfortable moving between household jobs and spending quality time with the kids. I’m currently looking for someone for around 6 hours per week to begin with, ideally two 3-hour sessions, with the potential to increase to 2–3 days per week over time. We also have another baby arriving later this year, so I’d love to find someone who can become a consistent and trusted part of our family long-term. Our daughter is a very happy, social and active little girl. I’d love someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers and is happy to get out of the house with her and make their time together fun.
