We are looking for a Mystery Shopper to visit 9 retail stores in Melbourne. (Note that we only used Glen Iris for the location as Airtasker would not allow multiple suburbs, and it is somewhat central- refer below for actual suburbs) Ideally, you are an experienced mystery shopper or have worked in a retail environment with a mystery shopping regime or a retail business with KPIs for their retail team. We are flexible when the visits can be done. Five stores are open 7 days a week and Thursday and Friday nights till 8.00pm, remaining stores are open 9.00 am till 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. Each store visit will take 15-30 minutes. The store visits don’t need to be done on the same day but need to be completed within a few days. The stores are in Bayswater, Knox, Narre Warren, Glen Waverley, Cheltenham, Prahran, Werribee, Doncaster, and Surrey Hills. For your information, depending on the route you choose, there is 174km of distance and 3 hours 45 minutes of driving time. You would be required to attend a product briefing at Croydon before visiting stores (which could be on the same day). This should be an additional 30-60 minutes. (Whilst the store visits are flexible timing, they would need to be done on a weekday,) Additional work would be available for successful applicants, including phone mystery shopping.

This requires you to fill out a few notes on the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form. Ideally not spending anymore than 20-30minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers. You need to visit the store and enquire about their products. Located in Melbourne CBD You will need to be observant, remember what is said and who you spoke to, and include this information in the report. The report is written in English, and you must have excellent grammar skills. We will need to speak with you on the phone for approximately 10 minutes to review the main points. The fee covers time, parking, travel, and air task fees; we also have to pay an air task fee.
