We currently have a mystery shop opening for a gym in Kings Park, WA You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to go to the club location between Monday - Thursday in the hours of 10am - 4pm (avoiding lunch hours). You need to arrive without an appointment and let the staff know you’re interested in potentially joining and you’d like to look around the facilitates. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the club and any follow-up you receive. Please note if you’ve completed this mystery shop for us before, you cannot mystery shop this club again as they will have your details on file. Budget for this task is $60 inclusive or Airtasker fees. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any gyms in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (lockdown, sickness, etc.) we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being started. - Due date: Before Friday, 17 February 2023
