1999 Johnson 15hp outboard service . Not idling correctly , carby needs a clean or kit. . Has already a new water pump and correct spark plugs and fresh fuel tank and bulb + omc connections.

Crewman SS happy to travel where’s needed. just need 3 things . 1. airbag helper springs pulled out, only x2 bolts left each side i cant get, have removed the rest. 2. brake pads reinstalled one side, i can do just conventional if same time 3. bleed all brakes! need done asap, all things i can do just happy to pay someone to quickly smash it out on a hoist ! cheers
