Happy flexible with payments on paper or here About the car history; 75 series Land Cruiser 86-99 model think it’s a 1992? engine swapped v8 5L 304 or it’s a 308 with VN heads, was told it was a 304 (can you confirm this this too) Bought it as a bare chassis and empty cab and motor not properly harnessed and it’s nearly finished a month later - it does run and drives well now been looked over and engineered already What’s going on as main issues 1. Had a mechanic tell me already the engine is healthy during a checkup on rebuild or not, as but noticed the rocker cover they took off is now making a tapping sound like some metal bit is loose. 2. Also need my brakes serviced as car is a project and hasn’t been driven in few years and brakes feel almost non existant and is scary to drive with such slow brakes 3. need the new radiator swapped over which is fairly easy with this car - engine bay has so much space. Includes a fan too im thinking to install due to the v8 4. swivel hubs on left side, ones been done prior by another mechanic but he stole some stuff in my garage and didn’t complete the job or show up the next day. 5.Need a road worthy if you can do one or arrange one afterwards Things on the list you can do instead of me if price is good are - Trans cooler - mounted and installed just plug in swap to a new one - swap old gauges (water temp, rpm and oil pressure) mechanical ones with electric ones - install speakers - service / fluids & filters - tie rods and maybe steering damper and hollow bar installs You may want to come out and inspect the car yourself. But if your doing that, would like you to come before midday so I can assign task.
