Hi, i have a 2013 Kia Sorento Platinum: I am having issues with the electricals. It A/C and fan remains ON even when ignition is completely turned OFF. It Suspect stuck relay, ignition/ACC issue, or non-factory wiring. Please advice availability, diagnose and advise repair and cost.

Wanting a Mobile Auto Electrician. Someone with great reviews, who is very reliable and with years of experience. Had a new mobile Electrician message and say he was coming to look at and never showed up. Was advised by my Mechanic it would be best to get a Mobile Auto Electrician to come look at/ diagnose my vehicle. Car won’t turn over. All lights on the dash, and radio are turning on but car won’t start. Was running perfectly fine prior to this. This has happened before; a year ago. Tried it everyday for a couple weeks then tried it one day and it worked, this problem hasn’t happened again until now. No engine light on. No warning sign or new lights on the dash board.
