Need to minimise water entering the property

Hinge bolts have sheared and gate has come down. Bolt remains in gate and gate post hinges and will need to be drilled out/removed. New bolts/pins need to be installed and gate re hung. It is quite heavy - too much for me to manage alone. It seems that the hinges are covered top and bottom. So bolt/pin in instead in bottom hinge and gate hung on top. Can't tell if bolt/pin is threaded or not

Attach metal gate post securely to brick wall. No materials supplied. We live close to the sea so screws must be rust proof.

The posts supporting our front gate need to be drilled into the sandstone, either dynabolt or using angle, to support the weight of the gate. The posts were cut to install the brushwood. I also have some privacy screening to attach to the gate once attached. I will pay extra for the parts. The weight of the gate has cracked the sandstone step, I will pay extra if you can affix this too.
